Background - The Level Editor was released for the PC as an addition to Tomb Raider: Chronicles. It included some of the Last Revelation levels, a Room Editor, a Level Converter, tga's (textures), sounds, and a bunch of other stuff. The original goal of the level editor was just for us to see how a level was made and maybe mess around with it and just have fun, but the Level Editor has grown into a community. Actual levels are being made with new tga's and great concepts and ideas. Programmers are making programs that are enhancing our Level Editor experience as well, just because of their devotion to the game, not for money. Today, hundreds of levels have been made, some not as good as others, but all have some good element in there. It gives those creative folks a chance to express themselves. Informative Links -
